Some families need focused support around one issue. Others need guidance through a specific season or decision. Services are offered through structured mini packages and one-time companion support, designed to provide clarity, confidence, and next steps—without ongoing care plans.

By January, two grading periods have passed and patterns are starting to show. This is a natural time to pause, reflect on how the school year is going, and get support around education-related concerns before the rest of the year unfolds.
January support is centered on education planning, communication, and clarity.

Progress Check-In & Reset — $65
By the middle of the school year, many families feel unsure whether things are actually working.
The Progress Check-In & Reset is a short-term companion package designed to help you pause, review what’s happening, and decide what needs attention before the rest of the year moves forward. Together, we look at progress so far, identify concerns or gaps, and clarify next steps — without pressure, or overwhelm. This package is wrapped up within 14 days and provides focused, supportive guidance when you need clarity most.

Meeting Confidence Mini-$65
Best for: preparing for an upcoming school or system meeting.
This package focuses on emotional readiness, understanding meeting flow, and clarifying what you want from the conversation. We support you in organizing your thoughts and building confidence so you can show up grounded and prepared.

Meeting Companion (Meeting & Debrief)
Per Meeting | $40
The Meeting Companion is a one-time support option for families who don’t want to attend a meeting alone. This service provides a calm, supportive presence during a single meeting, followed by time to talk through what happened afterward.
This option is best if you’ve already prepared and simply want emotional grounding, reassurance, and space to process the conversation.
Includes:
Attendance at one meeting (virtual only)
Quiet, supportive presence
Post-meeting debrief session
Families receive a brief written recap after the meeting highlighting key points discussed and potential next steps. This summary is for personal reference and clarity only and is not a formal meeting record.

30-Minute
A 30-minute session to discuss your needs, ask questions, and explore which service is the best fit for you. Perfect for first-time clients seeking clarity and guidance about available support options.

Per Document | $50
For parents who want help understanding their child’s IEP, without follow-up support.
This one-time service is designed to help you better understand what’s written in your child’s IEP in clear, plain language.
Includes:
Review of one IEP document
Explanation of key sections, goals, and services
Clarification of unfamiliar terms or language
General guidance on what the document outlines
This service is completed as a single review and does not include follow-up communication, planning, or next-step support.
Companion Session Plus Roadmap
One-Time, 60-Minute Support | $35
This is a conversation-based support session for parents who need a safe, supportive space — whether you’re working through a specific situation or simply need emotional support.
You don’t need to have a plan or the right words. You can come exactly as you are.
During this session, we focus on what you’re navigating — emotionally and practically — and work toward clarity, grounding, and next steps when helpful.
This session may include:
